Alamo United Methodist Church comprises two buildings consisting of the main sanctuary which accommodates a choir practice room, administrative office and a nursery room. There are additional class rooms on the second floor of the sanctuary building. The Church grounds consists of approximately 4 acres with plenty of space for outdoor activities.
Building “B” which houses an education center is also located on the property where Sunday School classes and fellowship meetings are held. The building is located just south of the Sanctuary on the church property. Our facilities as well as parking accommodate the disabled.
Traffic is much heavier with the opening of the WalMart complex. We urge our members and visitors to be watchful of the traffic when exiting the church parking lot. Remember there are also exits facing the church from the Wal-Mart parking lot. We want to avoid anyone being involved in an accident. Be ever conscious of children walking in the parking lots and across the sidewalks. Our neighbors’ safety is very important.
